The RightNowCX Snap provides read and write access to the RightNowCX  application and its records.

The data available through SnapLogic includes standard RightNowCX object types, such as Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Cases, as well as any custom objects you have created in RightNowCX. For each RightNowCX record type that supports them, SnapLogic provides read, insert, update, and upsert capabilities. At runtime, your Snap is automatically updated with any new custom fields created within RightNowCX.

The Snap comes populated with all the data fields available in RightNowCX for each record type in question, and you can either use its building blocks directly, or as templates by duplicating and modifying them. The Snap also adds capabilities like error checking in output views, as well as authentication before the execution of each pipeline.

The Snap supports following operations:

• Create - Account, Answer, Contact,Incident, Opportunity, Organization, SalesProduct,ServiceCategory, ServiceDisposition, ServiceProduct, Task.
• Update  - Account, Answer, Contact,Incident, Opportunity, Organization, SalesProduct,ServiceCategory, ServiceDisposition, ServiceProduct, Task
• Delete - Account, Answer, Contact,Incident, Opportunity, Organization, SalesProduct,ServiceCategory, ServiceDisposition, ServiceProduct, Task
• Querying - primary or sub-objects of RightNowCX
