Use date operation snap to perform operations on dates and times. Input values can be datettime data types or string data types representing accepted date, time or datetime representations.

• The component supports two modes of operation
  • When an input is defined, expressions can be defined which may reference input fields using syntax ${field_name}
  • When no input is defined, this component can serve as a data source, producing one record per execution
• This could be used for generating current time stamps that can be injected into pipeline execution, for instance
