Use the Greenplum Snap to connect to your Greenplum database and achieve read and write access to its objects. After you install this Snap, SnapLogic analyzes all the objects in your Greenplum database and creates metadata for them, you will not need to perform any additional programming or configuration within Greenplum.

The Snap along with the out-of-box components provides the building blocks that enable common database functions. Examples of these building blocks include CSV Read/Write, DB Read/Write and XML Read/Write. For every type of reader/generator, a writer building block is also included. Additional building blocks include operators, such as aggregate, database lookup, filter, join, merge sorter, splitter, and type converter.
